Most changes can be handled directly over WhatsApp using the booking reference: adjusting pickup time, switching from a Sedan to an SUV, Minivan, Minibus, Van, or Bus, adding child seats, or changing the drop-off address. Vehicle class changes depend on availability for the requested date and route. For intercity transfers, the team can also adjust the destination or stop-overs along routes such as Tangier to Chefchaouen, Tetouan, Asilah, Rabat, Casablanca, or Fes.

Every airport pickup includes flight tracking and 60 minutes of free waiting time at TNG, so a delayed flight does not change the fixed transfer price. If a flight is rerouted, cancelled, or pushed to the next day, a quick WhatsApp message lets the team re-time the pickup at no charge in most cases. There is no surge pricing and no meter, the rate confirmed at booking is the rate paid.

After clearing passport control and baggage at Tangier Ibn Battouta International Airport, head to the arrivals hall: the driver waits with a name sign at the meet-and-greet point. Ferry meet-and-greet at Tanger Med Port (Algeciras route) and Tangier Ville Port (Tarifa route) is available on request, and the team monitors ferry arrival status to absorb normal clearance times.
